Ho bisogno del cuneo per il bordo su un balcone o una terrazza?
When laying WARCO tiles on balconies and terraces, a separate edge border is generally not required. The edge wedge – a wedge-shaped ramp designed to bridge small height differences (up to 10 cm) seamlessly and without barriers – is only used where such a step is present.
On balcony or terrace surfaces, it can be useful to fit the wedge at the entrance door to avoid trip hazards at the threshold and to facilitate access for wheelchair users. Another typical application is on play areas laid out as islands of safety tiles – for example in school playgrounds – where the wedge serves as a secure edging whilst also preventing dangerous trip edges.
